At E Purple T, we believe that the strongest foundations are built on trust, communication, and the unwavering belief that we are greater together. On October 10, 2025, we put that belief to the test at the Quest Adventure Camp, where our “Together We Rise” team building event transformed a day of challenges into a powerful narrative of resilience, strategy, and collective spirit.
The Stage Was Set: A Trilogy of Teams
The day began with creativity and camaraderie as three distinct teams emerged, each with its own identity:
Team Aray Nyo (Yellow)Ready to make their mark.
Team Blue-Nix (Blue)Focused and formidable from the start.
Team Alaban (Red)Poised to conquer the competition.
Through crafting their flags and rallying cries, the battle of wits and wills was already underway. The morning’s station-based challenges tested every facet of our team’s capabilities—coordination, communication, and patience—under the pressure of the clock. By lunch, Blue-Nix had surged ahead, completing all stations and setting a high bar, with Alaban and Aray Nyo close behind, strategizing for the afternoon ahead.
The Muddy Arena: Where Character Was Forged
As if on cue, the skies opened, turning the final events into a legendary test of will. The field became a muddy battlefield, where the planned games of Giant Volleyball and Giant Table Football became exercises in pure determination.
In the slick arena, Blue-Nix demonstrated early dominance in Giant Volleyball, securing a decisive 5-2 victory over Aray Nyo through impeccable coordination. But Aray Nyo, embodying our core value to never back down, learned, adapted, and clawed their way to a hard-fought 3-2 win against a fresh Alaban team.
The narrative of redemption continued in the mud-soaked Giant Table Football. Aray Nyo, now in sync with the challenging conditions, executed a stunning 4-0 shutout against Blue-Nix. The momentum shift was palpable, and Alaban seized their opportunity, delivering a convincing 3-0 victory. In the face of adversity, every team discovered a new level of grit.

The care team members showed for each other—helping others navigate slippery terrain, encouraging those who were struggling, and celebrating each small victory—demonstrated the perfect balance of heartfelt compassion and focused discipline.
We align with purpose and objectives, then keep moving forward. Each challenge presented an opportunity for personal and team growth. From developing new strategies to adapting to changing conditions, every participant demonstrated the growth mindset that drives our organization forward.
