Job Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager who can push and help grow our leasing business by turning creative ideas into profitable spaces.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business and Marketing or a related field.
Proven 5 Years experience in business development within the property or real estate, or building development.
Strong understanding of the property market, trends, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong network within the property sector is a plus.
Familiarity with property management and sales processes.
